very slow

Hi,

System is very slow...

it is taking much time to go from browerst to another broweser...

Key pad is also very slow...

Hi Leap recruitments:

What is the make and model of your Dell computer and has the service warranty expired yet? What is your Windows operating system (if Win 10 or Win 11, please include the version and build at Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications), default browser and antivirus? Did your poor system performance just start recently or is it something that's gotten worse over time?

What steps, if any, have you taken to try and fix the problem? If you haven't already done so, open the Windows Task Manager (right-click the taskbar and choose Task Manager), select the Processes tab, and sort from highest to lowest CPU activity. Is there any particular process that is consuming either high amounts of CPU and/or memory when your system is slow? My image below, for example, shows my Firefox v99.0.1 browser consuming over 600 MB of my 4 GB of RAM when only one browser tab is open. Poor system performance can be difficult to diagnose so the more information you can provide the better.

Note that you've posted your question in the SupportAssist for PCs board of this forum. Do you have any reason to think that your slow computer is related to the Dell SupportAssist utility?  For example, did the problem start after SupportAssist installed a software or driver update?  Note that the History tab of SupportAssist shows a log of your recent SupportAssist activity.
