Unsupported 16-Bit Application Pop-up

I aim using Dell Latitude 7390, 2 in 1 with windows 11
I am facing a pop-up problem containing message Unsupported 16-Bit Application
This is problem is happening when connecting the UBS C type charger. Without the charger connected the Laptop is running fine, but as long as I keep the charged connected the message popping up continuously with intervals.
This is annoying.
Can any one find me a solution for me?

When you try to install or open a program, you may get the error. And the pop-up tells you the app cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows and you should contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available
