What is your Windows operating system, and did you recently receive an update to the latest SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.5.7.18773 (listed as Dell SupportAssist Remediation at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features)? If so you might need a system restart to get the Dell SupportAssist Remediation service running again.***
If a system restart doesn't help then check your Windows Services (Start | Windows Administrative Tools | Services) and make sure the Dell SupportAssist Remediation service has a Status of "Running". I no longer have the Dell SupportAssist v3.x or the Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.5.x installed on my Inspiron 5584 but here's an old image I captured back in Feb 2023 showing this service running on my system.
Note that a few users have reported problems installing the current SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.5.7.18773 - see splitt's 11-Jul-2023 thread Inspiron 3020, SA OS Recovery Tools Install Fails.

The Fast Startup power option (also known as hybrid boot-up / hybrid shutdown) is enabled by default in Win 10 and Win 11 but it can interfere with the loading of services and drivers of third-party software at boot-up and cause unexpected problems, and Microsoft has acknowledged that Fast Startup can even interfere with Windows Update - see the MS support article Updates May Not Be Installed With Fast Startup in Windows 10. ------------- 64-bit Win 10 Pro v22H2 build 19045.3208 * Firefox v115.0.2 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.23050.9-1.1.23060.1005 * Malwarebytes Premium v4.5.33.272-1.0.2069 * Macrium Reflect Free v8.0.7279 * Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.9.0 * My Dell v2.2.4.0 * Dell Inspiron 5583/5584 BIOS v1.22.1 Dell Inspiron 15 5584, Intel i5-8265U CPU, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB Toshiba KBG40ZNS256G NVMe SSD, Intel UHD Graphics 620

Hi Imarcri
I tried to update the Dell SupportAssist Remediation service using dell update.
Unfortunately, that did not work.
Instead, I tried the solution from splitt's 11-Jul-2023 thread Inspiron 3020, SA OS Recovery Tools Install Fails.
In https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cVIuJAUCNU, I downloaded the tool and then restarted the system.
Now everything is working.
