Unable to Pair WM117/WK117 Mouse & Keyboard

Hello,

I'm having difficulty pairing my WM117 mouse and WK117 keyboard. I have been referencing these pairing instructions with no success though. The Dell Receiver Control Panel detects my receiver but following the prompts/instructions to pair either the mouse or keyboard does not seem to work. Any guidance/suggestions on how to successfully pair these devices to my Dell Latitude E5440 (Win 10 x64) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
