Unable to install support assistand

Hi 

I have a problem when open support assistant after to install windowns updates, for try  to solve I uninstall it following the next tutorial https://youtu.be/oOkgM3JUpHM?si=Oh8WurBeU7eoWLXx

Right now, I try to install support assistant an after a moment the instalation close suddenly.
