Unable to install Dell update windows universal application 4.6.0

Support Assist "Update" feature worked the first time I used it. After that never worked again. I have tried all of the fixes and workarounds without any success. So was excited to see the recent update to the Dell update windows universal application 4.6.0 (Thinking this might fix the update issues once and for all). Tried installing and received an error 1920 (see dialog screenshot attached). Turned off AVG and tried again - same result. Then opened the services dialog and tried starting the "Dell Client Management Service" from there and received an error 1053 (see dialog screenshot attached). Does anyone have suggestions for a fix-workaround?. Thank you in advance!

@3djedi Instead of updating using Support Assist try downloading the .exe file from here:

<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>

and double-clicking on the .exe file to install.

Thank you for the suggestion. The file that you recommended is identical to the one I tried.  SupportAssist was not used.

Always include PC model and version of Windows in your posts...

You might need to completely uninstall any old versions on this PC and then reboot and try installing the latest version again.
