Unable to finish scan or use fingerprint logon

Hi all,

I can't get the fingerprint reader finish my fingerprint scanned fully. It is a new one, if I manage to make a scan completely I can't logon with it because he can't find the finger.

Do I need to downgrade bios, windows version? 

Currently on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC for work

If anybody knows a fix or working software package please don't hesitate to tell me the details. Since my work asks me to get it fixes for safety reasons.
