Hi Ahsan Samsun:

Dell SupportAssist Remediation (also known as Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery) provides a set of tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues that might occur before your system boots into the operating system. One of its tasks is to save a system repair point (snapshot) in a hidden folder at C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\ folder each time your system is re-booted that can be used to repair your computer if it fails to boot up correctly. See the Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery User’s Guide and the Dell Tech Support YouTube video Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery  for more information about other features of this recovery environment.

If you uninstall Dell SupportAssist Remediation from Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features then software called "SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools" should be automatically offered as an Optional update the next time you check for available updates using a Dell utility like SupportAssist, Dell Update, or Dell Command | Update. As far as I know there is no standalone .exe or .msi installer for the SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools that you can download from the Dell Support site or the support page for your Dell computer model to manually install this software yourself.

Please note that I currently have the service for Dell SupportAssist Remediation v5.5.3.16171 disabled in my Windows Services (Start | Windows Administrative Tools | Services) so that this program cannot launch automatically at boot-up on my Inspiron 5584. There have been many bugs in this Dell software in the past few years (see my September 2021 post in mnagy's Dell SA Overheating My Machine? for some examples) and I prefer to use Macrium Reflect Free imaging software to create emergency rescue media (a bootable USB thumb drive) and the occasional full disk image of my hard that I store on an external backup drive in case I have to perform an emergency recovery of my system. As an extra precaution I've also enabled Windows System Restore (disabled by default on Win 10 and Win 11) as instructed in the Windows Central article How to Use System Restore on Windows 10.
