Testing SupportAssist for business

Hi people. I'm currently evaluating the deployment of the business version of the SupportAssist Client in my company. I've already created the MST file for silent deployment through SCCM of the profile. But now I'm trying to validate if it's actually working. Do you know any test tool or any way to simulate a hardware failure? Thanks!

Hi Rodderix I hope you might have Dell Technical Account / Support Manager assigned to your organization if you have ProSupport or ProSupport Plus entitlements get in touch with him and in case you don't have TSM assigned then get in touch with Dell Technical Support team they will help you schedule session with SupportAssist Engineering support team and during that session you can see the simulation. Thanks Nikhil. Yes, we do have Pro Support And Pro Support Plus and we also want to make the integration with the Tech Direct Portal. 

The Dell Team came to the office but made a demo with the end user version of SupportAssist which is not the version we need.
