System errors all over

I cannot install system update, run NET 2.0 or 3.5 and my computer isnt recognizing phones when plugged into either port 1 or 2. Also cannont install SupportAssist

What is your Windows operating system? If Win 10 please include the edition (Home or Professional), version and OS build number.  To find this information open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R) and enter winver.

When you say that you "cannot install system update" does this mean that Windows Update fails to install available updates for your operating system?  If so what error message do you see and when did this problem start?  What steps, if any, have you taken to try and fix this problem?

Please note that a new version of SupportAssist v4.x is expected to be released soon and the system requirements <here> in the November 2024 release notes state this new version will require Win 10 or higher and Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.x.  NOTE: The current SupportAssist v4.0.3 has similar system requirements but requires Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 6.0.x, which reached end of support on 12-Nov-2024.
