SupportAssist SCCM Installation

Is anyone having issues installing SupportAssist for Business PCs through SCCM? It seems to be an issue with installing .Net Desktop Runtime. Reading the install instructions it says that using the exe installer will automatically install the required 6.0.14 Windows Desktop Runtime (which it does) -However, as the installation continues I watch the Event Viewer to see the steps. The errors I keep getting are posted below before the installation fails. it seems that if I install the .Net Runtime manually then it appears to install to install without issue. I am still at a loss though because I am trying to mass-install this application on thousands of computers so going around and installing it manually is not an option. Ant help with this or any ideas would be great. Just as an FYI, I have also tried to install it using the MSI and installing 6.0.14 as a dependency and still see the same issue.
