Supportassist recovery recovered to an old backup

Recently i had an issue with my SSD so i had to reinstall Windows. i used to support assist software to reset it to a factory image and reinstalled Windows 10. I put my files on a USB flash drive and then restored it using the support assist software. However it the backup it gave me was not current. it was one from 2021. So now i am missing 50% of my important files! is there anyway to get them back?
