SupportAssist Recent activity shows Support Request that is NOT mine

This is weird, and smells of breach of integrity/confidentiality.

From SupportAssist I get a notification that there is an update to a support request of mine, but when I click Check Online Status it says there is no match between that SR# and my e-mail address.

And yet, my history shows there is a request, but I don't remember having made such a request !

And since this is not a problem of my computer, of course I find no proper way to contact Dell about it.

Anyone from Dell reading this? I need support assistance for Support Assist ; )

Turned out to be some migration issue combined with a wrong subject selection by a Dell engineer with whom I chatted. Not a real problem

I also having that problem from SupportAssist software in Windows 11 on my Alienware Aurora R16 pc. this post seems old but it happening to me, this week, getting a service request I didn't make, and it's not under my service history either.

Service Requests | Dell US

it says I have a request, but I didn't make the request, and it's not under my email address either. it keeps telling me there is a request, but clearly, it's a bug, that just started happening this week for me. no Serice Requests under my account on my desktop.
