supportassist os recovery usb is stuck at loading screen

system rebooted after a windows update to a loading screen that wouldnt boot to windows.. after everything, i've tried resetting, i've tried booting from the usb recovery , and the thing still wont load past the alienware loading screen.. i've done every performance check, every scan, and it says i have no hardware problems.. i can get to boot, i can boot from usb.. but the suportassist os recovery usb method still doesnt work.. there were other conversations about this topic that were closed without an answer... how do i get my pc back to its working state?
