SupportAssist OS Recovery not showing up
My computer is not able to boot to OS and am trying to get to SupportAssist OS Recovery from the one time boot menu but it will not show up as an option despite that SupportAssist OS Recovery is ENABLED in the BIOS. Any solutions?

What is the error message why it cannot boot? If it's a bad drive that would explain why it's not showing up as it's part of the recovery partition of the original installed operating system.
