SupportAssist OS Recovery missing Windows Recovery option

Hi, my machine is not starting so I thought of resetting it.

1) I restarted and pressed f12 for boot options to enable "SupportAssist OS Recovery"

2) After restart and boot options, I selected "SupportAssiat...."

3) on the top right corner three dots I saw "Windows Recovery" option inthe menu item

4) however this option is NOT showing up after couple of restarts.

5) I tried many ways but not showing, now it only shows up "About, help, Shutdown and Restart"

How to get into troubleshooting and reset my computer by installing updated windows?
