SupportAssist OS Recovery & 24h2 update

Before applying the 24H2 update, SupportAssist OS Recovery would launch with two different options: one that didn't require an internet connection and another that downloaded the latest Windows release for recovery. After updating to 24H2, only one option remains, which is to update online to the latest Windows version. Is it still possible to get SupportAssist OS to give me the option to restore without going online?
