SupportAssist needs settings to disable certain phases
SupportAssist needs to have (a) setting(s) to turn off auto run of specific phases. I do NOT want it emptying my Recycle Bin. Not Now, Not EVER!!!! (And who knows what all other files it thinks are "redundant", "temporary", and "inessential clutter".)
I'm also not a fan of it thinking it knows best and turning it loose deleting stuff from the Registry.
So, it needs settings to disable "Clean Files" and "Tune Performance" steps as a minimum. Until then, I am disabling it from ever running automatically.

The options you are looking for are not in the SupportAssist design. We can see from the SupportAssist User's Guide the available options. We can also see this in the SupportAssist video.
