Supportassist get drivers and downloads failure workaround

There is currently an issue that we are having with all of our 3560 laptops where running supportassist's driver update results in faliure.

We have found that the issue relates to the 'Dell Client Management Service' being unable to start. Manual starts result in an error.

The solution we have found is to delete the C:\ProgramData\Dell\UpdateService folder and then you can start the  'Dell Client Management Service' without issue.

Running supprt assist will then allow for updates to be checked and installed.

This issue requires the above being deleted every time we turn on or restart the laptops and also affects dell command | update.

Not sure how to report to Dell, but hopefully this helps users who have this issue.
