SupportAssist Failure
Hi All: ran SA 3.13.2.14 today.
Drivers & Downloads worked fine.
Scan HW worked fine
Clean Files failed
Tune Performance failed
Optimize Network failed
The pattern for the failures was the same.
Preparing, 0%, shows this for 15 minutes, then fails (screenshot below)
No Events found!

Personally, I would just uninstall it as it is not required to run Windows or Windows programs. That is what I've done on my Dells.
But if you insist on using it, you might want to post here. The software is so kludgy and rickety, it has it's own sub-forum area:

I agree with Tesla1856. I appreciate what SA was intended to do but the last few versions of the software, the problems outweigh the benefits of the software for me. To be honest, after uninstalling SA and Dell Update, my machine seems to run smoother and Reliability Monitor error entries are fewer in number. For me, it is less trouble to update my system from the Dell Support page, run a hardware scan from BIOS etc than struggle with SA.
