SupportAssist doesn't work and I can't change my fan speed.

I just bought this laptop yesterday (G16 7630).  First i couldn't install SupportAssist because of Windows language settings. I changed it to English then i installed. But When i try to run program, it says "we are updating, please try again later.". 

I installed drivers manually. But i couldn't change fan speed.  I chose Quite mode in Bios but nothing changed. My fans are allways at %100 speed and it makes too much noise.  I installed Alienware Command Centre but it didn't help too.

Is there any solution about it? I can't use this laptop without headphones...
