SupportAssist doesn't see the problem. But there is a problem, it must be a driver problem Dell TouchPad

Precision 7520

Precision 7520

When I try to customize the TouchPad (I want to disable the TouchPad forcibly or automatically when I connect the mouse) I get a message that I need to install an application, but does this application exist? It may be a driver installation issue, but SupportAssist doesn't see any driver issues.
What is the problem?
I have attached a screenshot of the messages.

Hi MykolaCh:

If I search for "touchpad" at the Precision 7520 support page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/product-support/product/precision-15-7520-laptop/drivers it lists installers for a Dell Touchpad Driver v10.3201.101.216 (rel. 31-Aug-2021) and Dell Touchpad Settings Application v10.1.11.0 (rel. 07 Aug 2020).

Click the "This Device" tab on that page and enter your unique Service Tag as shown below (or go to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/products and enter your Service Tag there) and this should redirect you to the newly redesigned Precision 7520 support page that displays a filtered list of Dell software and hardware drivers that match your graphics card, Ethernet (NIC) card, and other system components. If the Dell Touchpad Settings v10.1.11.0 app is a match for your Service Tag then download the Dell-Touchpad-Settings-Application_CPPN8_WIN64_10.1.11.0_A03_02.EXE installer and save it you your desktop, right-click the .exe file, and choose "Run as Administrator".
