Hi dedoles:
What is your Dell computer model and operating system, and what program do you use as your antivirus?
Your first image shows you have SupportAssist v3.10.4. When I open SupportAssist and go to Options (gear icon) | About it reports I have the latest v3.10.4.18 (i.e., no updates are currently available) so I don't think your problem is due to a failed auto-update to a newer version of SupportAssist.
If the problem persists and your internet connection is working normally you might have to perform a clean reinstall of SupportAssist as instructed in Dell employee DELL-Chris M's SA Uninstall/Reinstall. Note that those instructions recommend that you first install any available updates for your BIOS and Intel Chipset Device Software, and then uninstall all SupportAssist-related software (e.g., including Dell SupportAssist Remediation, Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin for Dell Update, etc. if installed) before reinstalling SupportAssist.
