Hi Rysoft:
What is you Dell computer model and Windows OS? If Win 10 or Win 11 please include the edition (e.g., Home, Pro, etc.), version, and build number shown at Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications.
When I run a manual Scan Hardware scan from the Home tab of SupportAssist v3.12.3.5 I also notice that the scan results appear twice on the History tab (but without errors). What error codes do you see when you run a manual hardware scan?
See Dell employee Dell-Chris M's 12-Jul-2022 post in mike2084's Fail Support Assists PCI Bus - Functional Tests - D0701, who stated that some Dxxxx "errors" are just SupportAssist analytical notations that do not indicate a hardware fault, and that these notations will be removed from the hardware scan results in a future release of SupportAssist. In the past these type of notations have typically appeared after a hardware driver update changed a parameter in the registry that "did not follow industry standards" (see Dell employee NikhilKiroula's 03-Mar-2022 post in Mclai's XPS 8940 - PCIE Express - WPE01-EXC) and the registry change was flagged by SupportAssist with one of these "for information only" diagnostic notations.
As Dell-Chris M's suggested, if you believe you have an actual hardware fault then run Dell's F12 ePSA (enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) hardware diagnostics from your BIOS as instructed in the Dell Tech Support video How to Run ePSA Diagnostics, and if ePSA can't find any problems then you can safely ignore your SupportAssist hardware scan "error".

Just note that I don't want SupportAssist to run scheduled scans on my Inspiron 5584 (the "system optimization" Clean Files / Tune Performance / Optimize Network scans are too aggressive and have the potential to do more harm than good - see my 12-Jul-2021 comment in ex-jedi's Prevent Automatic Recycle Bin Emptying) so I've disable the setting at Options (gear icon) | Settings | Automate Scans and Optimizations | Scan Your System and Drivers. Unfortunately, that means I can't tell you if a scheduled hardware scan fails to update the Last Run date on my Home tab.

My Dell is an Inspiron 7700 running Windows 11 Home 22H2 Build 226.21.8.819.
I am not worries about reported errors on Manually run Hardware scan, the issue is the fact the Home screen daye last ran not being updated when run via scheduler.
