SupportAssist 5.4.0.16041 UNABLE TO RESET AND UPDATE

It's all in the title.

The thing doesn't seem to be able to identify the OS or build or offer a drop-down menu. The "Next" button stays greyed and inactive. The "Recommended" solution doesn't work.

Networking does.

FIX THIS QUICK.
