Support Assistant Terrible

I would have to say of many years using Dell Laptops that the support assist has always been bad. It doesn't seem to be recognised by the website and therefore asks to be installed. You then go through the installation wizard to be told that it is installed. 

Dell talk to your own products - Get better programmers as it makes you look like you don't know what you are doing.
