Support Assistant Different Problem in my Inspiron 16 plus 7620

Hi,

I newly purchased Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7620 recently. Today I tried to run Dell Support Assistant. It was not working and showed messages "restart the computer" repeatedly. I tried to fix this issue but useless. I read literature and saw some youtube videos to fix it, but it's not yet fixed. I tried the following methods:

1. I opened the Support Assistant setting, clicked terminate, then repaired and reset. After that, I tried, but it was not working.

2. I downloaded the Support Assistant Installer (https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-us/Category/product-support/self-support-knowledgebase/software-and-downloads/support-assist/) and tried to update the support assistant, but it's not worked.

3. I uninstalled the Support Assistant from apps by clicking uninstall and restarting the system. Again download the Support Assistant Installer. It was not installed and showed a message that "the software is already updated." However, the Support assistant was not working.

4. By watching a youtube video, I Uninstalled from the control panel "Windows PC health check" and again installed the Support Assistant Installer. Still, again it showed the same message "The software is already updated." Now neither Windows PC health check is installed in my control panel, nor is the support assistant showing in my programs/apps.

Kindly help me to fix this issue. I spent about half a day, but everything was useless. Thank you
