Support Assistance cannot install on Windows 10 Pro
I am unable to download and run Support Assistance from Dell web site to check the system on my new installed windows 10 Pro. it says, cannot download the .NET file. However, once I checked the log, the details not related to internet problem. Please note, I had to format disk C due to some major issue and install a Windows 10 Pro. which is not from the original Dell image.
Pease provide an solution to fix this one.
