Support Assist Uninstall resolved missing keyboard letters

Don't have a problem anymore, but wanted to add this resolution in the hopes that it might be useful to others with similsr issues.

Had issues with the letter "h" not typing in my keyboard when pressed, most number digits in the numerical pad section not typing also and as well as other weird keyboard behaviour.

Attempted to use SupportAssist (installed 2023) but got the "taking too long" blue message. Used the advise provided by Dell Nat-M in: https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/supportassist-for-pcs/support-assist-not-working/64d49534b5233436678211ae?commentId=660d5a6ad478b1269a475e18

Unistalled the two instances of SupportAssist and that fixed the keyboard issue. Now I can type the letter "h" again and the NumLock works.
