Support Assist takes 3 minutes to start

I dont know what Support Assist is doing, but it is taking 3 minutes to start on my Dell XPS 13 with a 100MBps internet connection.  After a long delay, it often fails and says it can't start.  Can we bring back the old Dell Driver Update tool??  That at least worked!
