Support Assist seems to have fixed the issue of mine

I had a slow performance issue and ran support assist which updated my system with multiple updates and ran multiple hardware scans. I was prompted to restart the system after which my performance issue with the system was fixed. I had a good experience using Support Assist. Anyone else who had a similar experience?
