Support Assist OS recovery one-time boot black screen.

After selecting support assist OS recovery from the F12 one-time boot menu, once it loads in, it starts cycling between the OS recovery menu and black screen on its own repeatedly. 

Stays in OS recovery menu for ~15 seconds, goes black for 2 minutes and back on, this repeats non-stop with the exact same intervals. 

Previously had os corruption where nearly nothing worked after launch, most services had disabled themselves and had to reinstall windows with keeping files.
