Support assist OS Recovery not showing the Current Restore Point

Sup , i'm having an issue with Support Assist OS Recovery , so my issue is that when i use Treesize it says DELL in Program data uses 16.1 go (before it's 2.6go) i found out that SARemediation is at 13.6 go , the problem that i'm having is that before OS recovery dell support assist were saying Currect restore point is : 12.9 go or 13.2go but now htere is nothing
it says no new restore point created.
Please help me

To undertand my probleme i'll send the image that explain my issue (i found them on internet)
what i had before (not accurate for Giga-octets) :
what i have now when the restore point is finished:
i wanna say that it's not accurate because mine is in French so that why i had to use internet image
(by the app is Supportassist Control pannel which has repair pc , reset pc or create a restore point)

Hey i think i found the problem , so i ndell SARedimation , with Treesize , i found out the Size was at 13.4go but allocated storage is at 9.9go
