Support Assist not available in F12 boot menu

I downloaded and installed full OS image (more than 8GB in total) using this tool

But after successful Windows installation into brand NEW drive I cannot see Support Assist in F12 boot menu.

Please see an evidence in the attached images (OLD drive Hynix and NEW drive Samsung).new.jpgold.jpg
