Support Assist For Alienware

I have some issues in storage sense and got the suggestion to reset.

My laptop comes with Windows 11 from the factory but in the support assist OS recovery it shows as Windows 10 build. 

Should I go ahead and reset? Will it reset to Windows 11? Does anybody have any idea? 

Also, my Laptop has a dual drive with raid 0, should I take care of anything extra before resetting?
