support assist exe does not install
I had trouble with my computer and communicated with someone via the chat. I was able to send my computer for repairs, but the chat was on that computer. Now I am using an old computer and I received a notice from them, but the support assist doesn't install (error 9505) and I can't return to the Chat to see what they have to say. How can I get in contact with them again?

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
