Support Assist - can't install - says Internet connection required or can't install cert
Trying to install support assist with no luck.
Tried different downloads/versions including the aulauncher and I either get can't install cert or no Internet connection found.
Can get to the 3 sites that Dell suggest to check so no firewall issues it seems.
Have run as admin so shouldn't be a permission issue.
What to try next?

After six hours of trying all the internet-ideas, I accidentally found the solution for me:
1) Download the "SupportAssist Agent" and the "SupportAssist". Create a folder for each and save the files under "programs (x86)". That means, you have to save the files not under "programs for 64bit", but save under the 32bit-file!! That's important!
2) Also download the MIcrosoft KnowledgeBase KB2756872!
3) First install the KB2756872 and Restart.
4) Install the SupportAssistAgent then. Restart.
5) Install the SupportAssist.
Now it should work.
Good luck!

Consider yourself lucky and move on.
Your files are here:
http://downloads.dell.com/published/Pages/index.html
If you are running Windows-10 64bit ...
... most come from Windows-Update, nvidia.com and/or amd.com anyway.

Thanks
I can find the manuals but not the files themselves.
It's a Win7 PC.
