Stucked in "We're running a routine scan on this PC"
Hello all,
Politely, I want to ask is there anyone else has this problem?:
When I load SupportAssist for Business PC, the software is stucked with the message "We're running a routine scan on this PC". Even I uninstalled and installed again that, I couldnt solve the problem.
Any ideas?

This same problem popped up for me today. I'm not sure if this is just something that will go away after a while. SupportAssist is not doing anything according to Task Manager (0% CPU, etc).
I couldn't find any other mention of this issue online. @WFuyu did you ever find a solution?
