Hi vishalsahu:
What is your Dell computer model and Windows operating system, and are you using the current SupportAssist v4.6.3? Has the service warranty for your computer expired yet?
I'd suggest you run an F12 ePSA (enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) on-board hardware diagnostic from your Dell BIOS as instructed in the support article How to Run Dell Preboot Diagnostics and Hardware Tests on Your Dell Computer (also see the companion video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cfFECs5Qa0). Start with the Quick Test, and then move on to the Advanced Test section and run the advanced tests for your processor fan and PCI bus. If any of your ePSA scans reports an error code (e.g., 2000-0132) write it down and post back to let us know the error code(s).
If you want to look up any ePSA error codes yourself lookup tables for most codes are available:
- <here> for codes starting with 2000-0xxx
- <here> for codes starting with 2000-4xxx
- <here> for codes starting with 2000-8xxx
