Hi Xmattis96:
What is your Dell computer model, Windows operating system and BIOS version? If you have a Win 10 or Win 11 OS, please include the edition (Home or Professional), version, and OS build number [open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R) and enter winver]. To find your BIOS version open a Run dialog box, enter msinfo32 to view your System Information, and look for the field named "BIOS Date/Version".
What versions of Dell SupportAssist, Dell SupportAssist Remdiation (also called Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery or System Repair) and SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin for Dell Update are listed at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features, if installed? ** Is the My Dell app installed (either the "old" v2.x UWP app that requires the Fusion Service or "new" full standalone v3.x full application), and if so can it detect your unique Service Tag?
** NOTE: These program names might start with "Alienware" instead of "Dell" depending on your computer model.
Your Service Tag is also your computer's serial number ***. Has your Dell service warranty expired yet, and have you recently sent your computer back to Dell for a service repair or changed the motherboard in your computer? When you say that "Service Tag does not exist in Dell's website" does that mean that if you go to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/products and enter your unique Service Tag this dos not re-direct you to the correct support page for your Dell computer model?
*** NOTE: To see your current Service Tag open a command prompt and enter wmic bios get serialnumber to find your computer's serial number as instructed in Method 4 of the Dell support article Find the Service Tag of Your Dell Laptop. From my Inspiron 5584:
-----------
Dell Inspiron 15 5584 * 64-bit Win 10 Pro v22H2 build 19045.5247 * Firefox v133.0.3 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.24090.11-1.1.24090.11 * Malwarebytes Premium v5.2.4.157-1.0.5116 * Macrium Reflect Free v8.0.7783 * Dell Update for Windows Universal v5.4.0 * My Dell v2.2.6.0 * Fusion Service 2.2.14.0

Hi Xmattis96:
You did not mention where you purchased your used Alienware M15 R7, but you might need to transfer ownership to your own Dell Account in order for your Service Tag to be recognized. See the support article Ownership Transfer and Dell Product Registration Guides and How to Find Warranty Status and Information for your Dell product (expand the section titled "Ownership Transfer and Retail Registration"), which states in part:
I've never had to do this myself, so if you have problems with the transfer process you might want to contact the seller for assistance (if that is possible) or post in the Customer Care board of this forum since most questions regarding "ownership transfer" seem to be posted in that board.
