Since the latest BIOS was successfully installed, you can ignore the SA (SupportAssist) listing, or uninstall/reinstall SA to see if it fixes the list.

if you have warranty contact Dell support and they will remove the incorrect update by changing some config files. These files are not publicly available. ( had a word with them couple of months ago for same issue)
If you don't have warranty,. remove supportassist using Revo uninstaller.
Once done, reboot and reinstall support assist.

Since you downloaded from the web-site, verify the version on the web-site is matching what's in System Information. I've had two cases recently I'm working on where the cx launched the exe, asked for a restart but the BIOS did not update. So verify version matches otherwise SA is doing it's job in detecting it.
