SA Recovery Assistant, no internet connection?

Just simply used the Dell SupportAssist Recovery Tool to reinstall once and now ending up no way to click the not-now button. No other button, only a route to say, click yes. All other steps had been disabled.

Other basic routes had been tried. Working Internet, but cannot remediate with these:
