SA Home Page and History Tell Different Stories

Today, when I was installing the new Chrome version of Edge (Windows 10 Pro) on my XPS 8930 SE, the monitor lost signal, which it had done once before for no reason about a month ago.  Both times, re-seating cables had no effect.  The computer had to be hard rebooted both times, using the power button, and when it rebooted, all was well again.  No errors from SFC, so I decided to test the monitor and video card, individually, and both passed.  Then I ran the standard hardware scan.  The Home screen reported "No issues found", but the History of today's scan reported an error! ? !

This new computer is still under warranty.  Why is the SA Home screen reporting "No issues found" when the History is reporting an error?

Thank you and have a great day.

Regards,
-Phil

I received assistance from Dell Support via Private Message in relation to this issue..  It appears that this was a one-time glitch that was probably caused by some unknown issue that affected the SupportAssist program.  My computer is now testing OK and both the Home and History screens indicate that the computer has no issues and has passed all tests.

I want to convey my thanks to Dell Support for their assistance in resolving this issue.

Thank you and have a great day.

Regards,
-Phil
