SA for Business PCs, IT Administator has not enabled the use of SA on your device

Hi, 

We are trying to deploy via SCCM the new SA (SupportAssist). The uninstall of the previous version works and the installation of the new is also working. But when we try to open the new version (2.4.1), we get the error:
"Your IT administrator has not enabled the use of SupportAssist on your device"

This happens when we run it as a domain user. But also if we run the application as a domain admin, or even a local administator.

I have adjusted in the cloud that all users can open the application.

Any one an idea what we can do to solve this ?
