SA auto diagnostics check

I have a Dell Vostro 3500. When I leave my laptop without doing anything while it turn on, after about 30 minutes, most of the time it is starting to doing the SA (SupportAssist) automatic diagnostic check itself. I inserted image is shown after the diagnostic check each time. My problem is when I press continue the laptop start to boot from the beginning. So my unsaved works are gone. One day this happened while I was exporting my video project. So after the diagnostic check even my project was gone. So please help me someone who knows how to stop this diagnostic check or someone who knows any other solution for this problem. Very sorry for my poor English.

Update September 3 =

* Turn on or restart your computer
* Press F2 to enter BIOS System Setup
* In the left pane, expand SupportAssist System Resolution
* Select SupportAssist OS Recovery
* In the right pane, select or clear the SupportAssist OS Recovery check box to Enable or Disable the automatic start of SupportAssist OS Recovery
* Save changes and exit the BIOS

Machine is crashing in sleep. Please confirm if machine works fine if you do not allow it to go in sleep.

Start > Settings > System > Power and sleep

Now choose NEVER for all options.

Leave the machine for an hour to more, if the machine is not crashing

Than we can conclude the root case to be sleep and troubleshoot accordingly.

Hello! I have tried this and it is STILL running the Pre-boot System Performance check. I have also tried:
- Uninstalling DellSupport apps (all of them)
- Changing boot options to "Normal Boot" (through msconfig)
- Turned off every security measure I could find in the BIOS (save for Secureboot, My employers need this on, it will nuke my OS, and I cant do that...)

I need this PC to go from power-on to OS WITH NO KEYBOARD INTERACTIONS!!!!

Please help!
