Restoring image using dell image assist

I am trying to install windows os on a rach mounted workstation, after i booting from usb which i used in dell image assist and then browsing the image from another external hard disk, after the process completed...the old os is opened and can't know how to move to the new os, and can't find option to delete or the disks during booting
