Reset and Update option failed to RESET dell OptiPlex 7070 Micro with SA

Hi all,

I have issue with computer OptiPlex 7070 Micro , I have been trying to RESET factory using SupportAssist v5.5.10.19019. however after restart and follow step to reset is saying that "not available to this computer".

Computer has driver and SA updated
