Reinstalled Windows 11 and new hard drive but the Dell Support App does not install completely?

Hi Dell Support:
I reloaded Windows and then downloaded Dell Support assist.
It ran several times but doesn't see to finish, so I restarted two times
and still stuck on the setup.
Please let me know who can help me with this tool?

Click here for information to completely uninstall Support Assist and reinstall back into the computer.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
