Problem Booting Windows 10 From USB

I tried to use my PC as usual, and I got this error 0xc00000f. I got this error before and tried to use the media creation tool to fix my pc. So I got a usb drive set up, and was able to get Windows install screen to show up. I attempted to install windows on my main drive and the only one it would let me. What happened was that it would say "getting devices ready" then a black screen and then it would get in a reset loop. I attempted to format my drive and that didn't work. I attempted system repair and it tell me about srttrail.txt. It doesn't say that its missing, it just say that file specifically. I don't have a old restore. If anyone could provide any advice, it would be much appreciated.

Also, I attempt to change the bios order to the usb, but it will only let me change it to a specific file in the usb, not the usb itself.
