Power button LED, is there a way to test functionality?
OptiPlex 7070 Tower
Is there any way to test the Power Button LED? Supposedly it blinks different colors, etc. All that I have seen is a very slow blinking when in sleep mode. But it doesn't always wake from sleep, and would like to know if the LED is giving proper feedback.

After reinstalling Windows the system no longer randomly loses internet connection, and it wakes from sleep mode no problem. The LED is Off during sleep mode, no blinking which I would prefer, but at least it is working. And then it looks like a momentary amber LED when coming out of sleep mode, then LED is off again while the computer is running.
Seems like Dell could come up with an LED test cycle, similar to the way you can see all of the lights on your car dashboard when powering up the car.
